RETURN POLICY

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our hanging scrolls, all sales are generally final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@reino-art.com with photographs of the issue.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, mounting details, and natural materials are considered part of the unique character of traditional Japanese craftsmanship and are not regarded as defects.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country.

For made-to-order items, cancellations are not possible once production has begun.
